Eugenia is a Colombian designer and consultant living in Barcelona, with a deep focus on purpose-driven transformation and systemic evolution.
With a background in Communication Design from Universidad de Los Andes (Bogotá), she holds a Master in Marketing from EADA Business School, a Master in Business Management, and a Master of Humanities from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona). She is also a certified Kundalini Yoga instructor and a Quantum Healing Facilitator.
Eugenia’s journey integrates years of professional expertise with a personal commitment to healing and self-actualization. As a consultant in applied spirituality, communication, leadership, branding, and innovation, she helps organizations and leaders align inner transformation with outer growth. She specializes in purpose-driven initiatives, emotional management, culture, and fostering wellbeing in the workforce.
Her career includes experience in project management, design thinking, strategy, and innovation across diverse sectors, including FMCG, personal care, B Corporations, and startups.
Eugenia’s personal story is one of resilience and transformation. After 18 years on psychiatric medication and overcoming addiction (sober since 2011), she redefined her life by embracing a chemical-free, conscious lifestyle. Through practices like meditation, breathwork, yoga, and sound healing, she has cultivated a holistic approach to wellbeing and purpose, working everyday on her own inner challenges.
Her mission is to inspire others by sharing the tools and insights she has gained firsthand. She emphasizes the importance of mental health, emotional management, and body-mind technologies to drive systemic change.
She believes that true sustainability begins within and aims to bridge the gap between inner transformation and external impact, fostering change from individuals to society, economy, and politics.
