Education and career
I studied Design with an emphasis on Communication at the University of Los Andes (Bogotá) and completed three master's degrees in Barcelona: International Marketing (EADA Business School), Business Management (University of Vic), and Comparative Studies of Art, Philosophy, and Literature (Pompeu Fabra University). I am a certified Kundalini Yoga and Meditation teacher and a Quantum Healing Facilitator.
I am currently part of the third generation at Grupo Hada, a B Corp founded in 1956, where I work in culture, sustainability, innovation, and strategy. I founded StellarHouse, a space to bring human leadership, culture, purpose, and real sustainability to the corporate and systemic world. I am a partner at Chocolate Siento and actively collaborate with other initiatives focused on systemic well-being and consciousness. I co-host the IDGs Plus Podcast and ET: The Podcast, where I explore topics of transformation, trauma, spirituality, and multidimensionality.
Personal path
After 20 years on psychiatric medication, multiple diagnoses, alcoholism, addictions, and suffering, I transformed my life into a conscious, chemical-free, and being-oriented lifestyle. It's a story I now share, allowing me to support processes of human evolution. Read my story here.
This journey allowed me to integrate my academic and professional life with inner transformation and spiritual exploration. Today, I support transformation processes using tools such as meditation, trauma and emotional block release, quantum and energetic healing, yoga, conscious breathing, and purposeful communication.
Mission
There is no external sustainability without inner strength. My mission is to inspire and support individuals and organizations in their awakening of consciousness, bridging the gap between inner transformation and external impact. I speak, write, and work on purposeful leadership, non-human intelligence, energy work, applied spirituality, trauma and resilience, eco-spiritual economics, business strategy, and possible futures.

Applied spirituality for systemic transformation
Beyond being professionals within an economic, social, and political system, we are united by our human nature. We share families, processes, problems, dreams, desires, and trauma. We have a body, a mind, and a spirit—or consciousness. We see companies and organizations as buildings and systems, when their life resides in the people who inhabit them.
It's time to move beyond mere survival and start living life to the fullest. Stop repeating the same days, stop waiting for the weekend, stop postponing our dreams, stop neglecting ourselves emotionally, affectively, and vitally. We don't live to work; we work to live, and it's with this principle that we must approach our present with purpose: contributing to the system from our own place while simultaneously giving space to our inner selves, recovering our vital energy, our creativity, our peace, and striving to be the best version of ourselves.
There are over 7 billion definitions of spirituality, as everyone has their own. It's not about religion, sectarian affiliation, or dogma, but rather our intrinsic connection with ourselves, with others, and with planet Earth. Spirituality applied to organizations emerges as a framework for exploring the self in order to achieve a seamless integration between aptitude and attitude, between vocation and passion, between "being useful" and "feeling fulfilled."
For companies and organizations to transcend their transactional nature and become transformative agents of society, the individuals within them must be in harmony of mind, body, and soul. By achieving wholeness of being, healing childhood and generational traumas, observing patterns and behaviors, and drawing ever closer to one's true essence and expression, we can advance as humanity.
Thus, StellarHouse was born with the aim of working internally and in collaboration with others, with a sustainable, healthy and creative approach, in order to help transform the systems we inhabit: if every human being within the system takes care of their mind and body, and manages to truly connect with themselves and with others... we will have more efficient, more profitable, more creative, happier companies and collectives that are more committed to a positive development of the systems we inhabit.
Consciousness can be fostered within our systemic capitalist context; we reconcile the practicality of day-to-day life with our connection to the whole, redefining concepts of abundance, productivity, happiness, and value.
