Right of Withdrawal (EU Only):
Under European regulations, consumers in the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without providing a reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify it in writing to eu@thestellarhouse.com within the stipulated time frame. The product must be returned in its original condition, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
For US customers, returns are subject to the policies established by Printful and applicable consumer protection laws. There is no statutory right of withdrawal in the USA; however, you may return products that are defective or as otherwise stated in the return policy.
